Giving a 3 star only because the manager was super friendly and tried hard to resolve. We had super poor service, maybe she was new but she was also just never around at all. Take forever to get her attention so waited long time to get order in. The chicken bowl was missing the sauce, nachos and kids meal came out last. Not the locations fault but the franchise needs to look at reducing the pepper in the meals especially since the meatballs are offered as a kids meal, my daughter couldn't eat it at all and was even spicy for me. The au jus for the big dipper is so spicy and this isn't the first location I've noticed that. Ruins the sandwich and very unnecessary.

Went on bar side with a friend Adriana and Naomi were amazing always politely checking in to see if we needed anything. I have been here a few times and I love Boston Pizza, Naomi makes this location the spot to go to, I use to go to newmarket but the service she gives keeps me in Bradford. Thanks Naomi and Adrianna always great service and small talk!
Went to lunch with my grandmother, this was for a birthday lunch because I was busy on my birthday with work. Walking in the server Lilly was amazing from start to finish. The food was fantastic and the on the house dessert with a birthday card was the cherry on top of a fantastic time. Thank you to the whole team for making my lunch a fantastic experience!
Floor were dirty which to me means that business was intense, busy - not enough time to sweep up which is great. BUT the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Vegetarian options: Great vegetarian options. Kid-friendliness: They have a full kids menu and I think that is awesome! Parking: Ample parking.
Just had an amazing experience with the server MAC. She was so amazing. Attentive and extremely friendly. I'm also an experienced server and have worked with a lot of great people. I would be honored to work with such a great person!
I'm glad that we reserved our table over the phone , otherwise the waiting time is around 30 minutes to be seated . Our waitress was very nice . We order a salmon bowl and NY steak with mushrooms on top. The salmon bowl was good, but a bit too salty quinoa &rice . The steak was good . Also I really enjoyed my cocktail from the new menu . Our dine in experience was good, we were served very quickly. We'll definitely come back to enjoy the meal. Regarding our take-out order. Approximately two weeks ago I ordered through the app. My husband went to pick up the order. One burger from the order was missing when we unpacked it at home. I immediately called the manager. He reassured me that today they had a very busy evening cause of the opening and he would call me back the next day at 10 am to reimburse the missing item with a gift card . I never got a call back . So during our dine - in I asked for the manager to talk . Unfortunately it was the different manager. I described the situation and what was promised , told my name . She said that there is nothing at the office in my name . But she took off one item from our dine-in order. The situation is solved. Just i wish the other manager would stand by his word.
I have never gone to Boston Pizza before and this was my first experience. The expressionless front of house worker just stared blankly through us upon arrival. Luckily we got in at a good time and were seated immediately. We ordered some sides and drinks to start and received said order 20 minutes later. We ordered a couple of pizzas and after about 40 minutes of waiting we got the pizzas shown in the pictures attached. You would think that a place called "Boston Pizza" would have good pizza but this is by far the most disappointing presentation, taste, and experience I have had in a pizza place in a while. The Caprese was wet, flimsy and coated head to toe in basil. The "Meateor" looked like a microwave pizza with cold cuts on it. The meat was incredibly dry and they committed the one cardinal sin when making pizza. bites of just sauce and no toppings. For something that looked so thrown together with no sense of decorum you have to ask yourself the question "Why did I wait so long for something this bad?". The waitress noticed me taking pictures of the food and asked if everything was okay. We were honest with them and told them that whomever made these dishes weren't really giving a good effort. I hope that they can improve in the future but it is still my duty as a local guide to inform the people of the service provided here. In summation, If you get in at a good time you can get seated immediately, the wait times for the food are horrendous and the pizza at Boston Pizza is not good at all.
This location is perfect for an evening out or hosting clients. The inside is chic, clean and has screens everywhere for all the sport enthusiasts. The service is nice, good is delicious and pints are cold. Check them out!
