I’m not usually one to leave reviews, especially a negative one… But if you’ve been pandering over whether or not to try the Carbonara Pizza as I was— Don’t! I’ve never been so disappointed in a pizza : The picture I’m sure will speak for it’s self. Paid $32 for this! Would’ve been better off getting Little Caesar’s for $6.99
Everyone had the 15 dollar pasta, each dish was excellent. My pasta had great ingredients and good portions. Very happy with the food. Waiter was very nice sorry didn’t catch your name. Went to east sides recently and this was twice as good. Will come back again
Service was great! We sat on the patio which was nice especially for April. I had the chicken wings, they weren't too bad but a little fatty. If they were cooked just a taaad longer and make that fat crisp up and give the chicken wing skin a great taste, then I would've done 5 starsFood: 4/5
Ordered for take out. When I arrived, two young ladies were at the desk. They were obviously busy, as the restaurant was near capacity. I arrived 10 minutes before the promised ready time. Paid for my order. Waited 10 minutes past the promised ready time and inquired about the order status. I was told that the kitchen would advise them when the order was ready. After another10-15 minutes I received my order. The order must have sat in the kitchen for a good while, as the meals were not even warm, when we opened them about 10 minutes after we received the order. Either the desk or the kitchen staff failed to bring the order to the pick up area, when it was ready.
Shauna is AMAZING! Seriously, if you want a guaranteed good time, go here. I've lived in this area for almost 2 years. I keep trying new places to be hugely disappointed, leave, and then show up at BP to save the day. And they do. From the hostesses to the servers, the bartenders and the kitchen staff- they ALL rock. I'm done trying new places and sticking to what I know. Thanks guys- Shauna especially!! I just wish their menu was more versatile, but I'll take service over anything, any day!
The 100 Men of Kawartha Lakes meet to give for charity. The food was amazing, the service was excellent, it was awesome!
We reached little late, but still we were greeted well, order taken and served well. Both the dishes we ordered were very delicious. Will visit again soon.Food: 5/5
I personally think this location is great. The device is fantastic and the food is reliable for sure. Everytime I order food it ends up being just as good as last time or better. I would suggest if you're cottaging on Balsam Lake to check out this location. Plus they have charging stations in the booths now Just because Boston Pizza responded to my review I will bump my review to 5 stars! Thanks so much!
Our server, Marcus, was great. He was super busy but hevmade it an enjoyable experience. Food was great except the chicken wings could have been cooked longer. It was noisey. It is a family place and it was 430 on a Saturday afternoon so it did our not bother us too much.Food: 4/5
After going to BP many times the last time I went was terrible. On Feb 6th the 3 meals ordered where terrible. First all 3 meals where cold and sent back to reheat. The beef sandwich I ordered looked like road kill. The manager apologized and took my phone number saying she would contact me and send a gift card covering the meals. That was weeks ago and have heard nothing. Pretty bad for a place that I used to like
