It was nice and quiet in the afternoon. The waitress was nice and attentive. She made sure our meals were good and if our drinks need filling. I felt a calming feeling and even left a good tip. Thank you for the wonderful service. I appreciate that
Our server Lisa in the lounge was not the greatest. She did not clarify the difference between drinks, and we were expecting the fishbowl special. When I went to get her attention before leaving the area to order a starter, her tone was short and snappy for no reason. Then my partner stepped outside when she brought utensils, and she didn't bother asking if we were ready to order. We had to wait longer after he returned before she asked if we were ready to order. We lost our interest in eating here, and took our primary meal somewhere else.
Mediterranean pizza was wonderful, liberal toppings served hot. Crust was crisp and delicious. Ravioli was a bit heavy, a bit to doughy, marinara sauce was fantastic. Fast friendly service! Overall rating four stars.
Been to this location many times over about 8 years. Service is never fast. Occasionally the service is friendly. The food is okay. It's not going to change your life. Final straw was a particularly unwelcome experience where we were overcharged by about 22 bucks. Won't be back by my choice, won't really miss it.Food: 3/5
Great service, consistent food with all other Boston pizzas, and a discount if you’re staying at the hotel next door that we didn’t Tempe about but our awesome server informed us.
Boston Pizza is a good place to est with family and friends and to not have to worry of how long you get to eat, recommend to eat if you don't want fast food also has a good menu to choose from. Kid-friendliness: Boston Pizza has a kids menu and also a coloring paper
Worst Boston Pizza I have ever been in! Staff are extremely rude. Worst service, food is never right! All the way down to the management, nothing is ever made right. Would never tell a friend to go eat there. Save your money and go to the tin cup
I ordered spaghetti and meatballs and it only came with two meatballs instead of three like it says on the menu. When I had asked the waitress about the missing third meatball, she said she rang it in as something else, and not the spaghetti and meatballs that are on the menu. When I opened the menu again, even the "build your own pasta" dish includes three.
I’ve frequented this Boston Pizza many times over the last six years. The service at this location has gotten better overtime some previous experiences had us waiting over an hour for our meals. The last time I went, on August 20th, 2022, the server that we had was completely miserable and didn’t have much patience to serve us and the children we were with. The menu, not just at this location but at all Boston Pizzas has been significantly reduced over the years and now the options are much more limited.
Server was very friendly food was pretty good. Wings are always a good call from here.Food: 5/5
