Love Boston Pizza, Love Ajax but this Pickering Location is the Boston Pizza to go too!!! Amazing Customer Service from top management right down to the server. Friendly, offered great recommendations and handled my family of 6 very well. The whole family left full and happy. In this pandemic top service is what truly stands out. Oh and the clam chowder was one of the best I’ve had in years. Keep up the awesome work.

Hmmm, not great at taking orders over the phone for takeout. I ordered the honey dill fried chicken sandwich and this is what I got. I live outside of town so it was too late to drive back into get this fixed. Unfortunately I didn't bother to grab a receipt so there is no way that I can do an online survey.

Never order online through Uber.  Worst service from this place.  I order the chicken parm, comes with a pathetic amount of broccoli that is yellowed. I chose cactus cut potatoes and paid extra for it and they came cold and WITHOUT the signature dip that is required for these! Uber doesn't care. Can't offer refunds, They'll reply to this and offer me a coupon for a free small pizza next time I go in but whatever. If I wanted pizza I'd get pizza it solves nothing.  Train your employees to serve this meal in delivery as you would if the person were to dine in!

I went with my wife for lunch and told our server that we would like to share their mushroom spinach bake pasta and she got it pre split on 2 plates with extra garlic bread, I loved that she was so considerate. The food was delicious, will visit again

Ordered last night around 10pm on ubereats had a driver there waiting. The order got cancelled at 10:57. Kind of annoying but whatever.  Ordered today the chicken parm. They forgot the dip for the cactus cut potatos and they absolutely require dip. just disappointed really. : bread was kind of burnt and the chicken was smaller than normal ive ordered this a lot in the past!  Edit sept 3: Ordered again and they forgot the cactus dip again and gave me a pathetic amount of yellowed broccoli. Also emailed them and responded to their reply below and was ignored.

Do NOT order calamari. It’s so chewy and fishy. Half of the plate is chilli pepper and some onion like veggies. This is probably the worst calamari I tasted

Had a decent experience. Service was slightly slow , but understandable because they were busy . My food was mediocre , but for the price is definitely worth it . Had the chicken parm and Italian soup

Always had a great service whenever I visit this place and catcus cut potatoes are must try..

The best hygiene place i have ever seen. Food is delicious and so amazing. Service is very great and the plus point Boston Pizza have is they have friendly staff who can make customers comfortable. I love the vibe over there.

I had a great birthday with my family. Samara was very pleasant and kind to the children. I appreciate the energy she brings to the table. All the staff were positive, and they made it a special night to remember.  Kid-friendliness: My son spilled water all of the table. I was upset but she reassured that it&#39;s okay. Her positive energy made me realized that it was simply an accident and not an inconvenience.
