Do not order the Calimari. It was dry and greasy with very little meat. Ordered salt and pepper wings. They literally came crusted in salt, they were inedible. They took them back and refried them in an attempt to remove some of the salt...it did not help. They credited the wings 40% but should have been 100%. I would never eat here again. Hopefully their pizza is better.
Definitely do not recommend. I completely understand that people have off days & service can suffer due to lack of staff, or a variety of other reasons, but this was not that. Started with waiting 45+ minutes for our food 1 main each, 2 people. Chicken Parmesan & The Big Dipper, while those around us who arrived after us had alreadybeen served and were eating. Then, when our food arrived, it was fridge cold. No exaggeration. The pastathat came with the chicken parm along with the mashed potatoes & the 'steak sandwich' from The Big Dipper. While we waited for our waitress to let her know, someone asked if we'd like our drinks refilled. My husband hadn't finished his drink yet, but said yes & asked for another one. The bus boy/ server then tried to take the drink out of my husband's hand. When my husband said he'd be finishing the drink he had too, the server left & never came back. When we advised our waitress about our food being cold she offered to heat up the parmesan but advised my husband that - and I quote; "The mashed potatoes? Ya, I'm not surprised. They come frozen".. But they never offered to warm up his meal or offered any kind of replacement/ solution. Not only was his meal cold, there were only two very thin pieces of actual meat in the "steak sandwich" - see picture And lastly, we didn't even get to eat together! I ended up having to wait yet again to get my food back after it was apparently warmed up it was still cold by the time I got it back. So much so that my husband had time to finish his meal. I asked him to eat, as I didnt want his food getting any colder & yes, he offered me some of his in the meantime, lol Anyway, would unfortunately not recommend & will not be going back again. PS. I dont need the Owner or Corporate to comment their 'copy & paste' response to ask me to submit this info on their website too. I already did however, this feedback & that of others posted here should be sufficient enough & speak for itself.
DO NOT RECOMMEND! I don't even know where to start. We made a reservation for a birthday dinner. We show up and our reservation isn't in their book. They begrudgingly throw tables together for us. One of the chairs is broken. They leave us sitting for over 10 minutes without menus, until we asked specifically for them. We ordered drinks, they tasted like flavored water, had to send them back. The appetizer dishes were never cleared from the table, Ordered individual pizza, they bring the wrong size. Never once did our waitress check on us without us begging for her attention, When trying to flag down a waitress we were gestured the index finger once, they when she passed again , we got the classic eye roll. One of our meals didn't come until almost everybody was done eating! Let's be clear the restaurant is half empty so this isn't and issue of being understaffed. I've never felt so discouraged after a night out, especially for the prices. Please do not take your family here for any special occasions, they will be ruined! EDIT: The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting!
Went on Saturday evening and the service was just, not there. Took 40 minutes for a waitress to come see us to take our order. They were out of pretty much every kind of food, appetizers, ingredients, etc. and it looks like there were only 2-3 people manning the front. Didn't prevent them from chilling, talking with each other, etc. It's almost as if Boston Pizza was planning to kill that location shortly read: close it and didn't really care about what happens here. I had read some comments back then 2-3 weeks ago about the lack of service, long wait times, etc. and it looks like it wasn't a joke. You can read the same thing in the last reviews here. All in all, wouldn't recommend going there for the time being. Let Boston Pizza work on the image/reputation assuming they won't kill off that location like I suspect before giving it another try.
Today we visited the restaurant at 52 Cite des Jeunes, Vaudrail, QC, J7V 9L5, to celebrate a special family event for us. We came especially from the west island 25 KM far away. We faced different troubles during our visit: 1. My wife and I ordered two pasta, and we requested to make them with a creamy white sauce. After 15 mins, we got the pasta in red sauce. 2. We called the waitress and waitress, and she was very professional, and she asked the kitchen to re-make them according to our initial order. 3. The pasta came in white Sauce, but this time it was missing the scrimps. We called the waitress again, and she said she would bring the scrips on the side. She returned and said that the kitchen said that they were out of scrimps, and that is why they made it the way it was. Of course, It was expected to inform us about this before taking our order. 4. In addition, we order a kid's meal pizza for my daughter. While eating, she found a piece of hard metal in her pizza. We were so lucky that she didn’t swallow it. This time I asked to have a manager, and I was told that there was no manager at that time, which is not expected at all for a restaurant running without any manager. 5. However, the waitress acted politely and with respect. It is not her fault, but we were not happy and didn’t spend the time as we expected and left frustrated. 6. We always visited several Boston Pizza branches. But, this branch, based on our latest experience facing big troubles and not in the quality standard of the Boston Pizza franchise.
We went to BP Vaudreuil for Valentines as a group of 6. We had a very nice lunch. The pizza was really good and we got very large portions. The service was friendly and efficient even though we could tell that they were short staffed.
We always order the shrimp tacos. Usually it comes with a nice sauce and a nice plate presentation. This time they threw all the fries in one large plate. The tacos was burned a little making over crispy. And without any sauce. The washroom for the ladies looked dirty and our waitress looked very dirty too with greasy hair. Just not worth the money. After the pandemic the quality has dropped drastically. Won’t be going back
Unfortunately it’s not like it used to be it took us one hour to have appetizers. One waitress for the whole restaurant which had about 10 people. Food was not good for the price Disappointed
What a terrible place. We were seated and waited 15 minutes without a single staff member acknowledging us. Not even a glass of water. We just got up and left, the waiter looked right at us and said nothing. The place is dirty, outdated and smells like wet carpet. This was a Sunday at lunch and the restaurant was not busy, so it’s not a staffing issue.
I think they were understaffed, which we understand at these times, our waiter took our order and then we didn’t see him again until we asked for our bill. We’re vegetarian and our pizza had meat we specifically asked for none, our children were served meat sauce on their pasta and we asked to exchange which took at least 30 minutes with having us to ask again for the exchange. We also never received the fries we ordered, or ever were asked to refill our drinks. The facilities are dirty and my husband saw a cook come out of the bathroom without washing their hands. We always go to BP as we travel as it’s great for our kids and us- reliable… this was not up to our expectations at all.
