We stopped there boxing Day. They were open for pick up only. I found them very kind and accommodating, when they knew we were traveling a long distance. I was very satisfied.

The server was incredibly pleasant and very attentive without being intrusive. I regret not remembering to get his name. Food was good with attention to detail, place was clean, server was proactive, and the whole experience was quite pleasant.

It was really good pizza, but I had to wait sooo long time to have dinner.

It’s very hard to find vegetarian food in Italian verities in Sudbury but apart from others Boston pizza has a fabulous place fixed in my mind along with my friends. So awesome and delicious pizzas, Pastas, and yummy deserts.

Not any fault to the franchise.  Customer experience just seems off.  Still love it here though!

I usually love menu. Beet salad was disappointing. All lettuce with canned pineapple and a piece of a beet julienned on top. Nice salad but wouldn't call it beet salad! Otherwise all good.

Sam and Brooklynn were amazing. The food was too especially the wings!

Staff very friendly. Didn't like the veggie pizza muh but thr ravioli was great.
