I recently visited this location on a Saturday after noon and it wasn't really busy. I was able to choose a nice table and the service was quick. I ordered chicken wings with honey garlic sauce and a tropical chicken pizza and really loved the food I got served in terms of taste, quality and quantity. I would highly recommend this spot for going out with friends and for meet-ups.
My family and I usually dine in at Boston Pizza, but since COVID we’ve stopped until two months ago. We were so excited to be back but we were shocked at how much the place has changed! - Staff didn’t care - Food was late - Not as tasty and good as before - Place was dirty, a table adjacent to us had the biggest mess on it and it wasn’t appealing to eat in front of it. The place was empty and there were few staff just standing and talking next to each others! I really felt bad for the owner relying on people who are causing the business to go down! The price was decent - we spent $70-80.
The ambience is good the tables were not, the servers don’t know what’s going on- if you tell them you wanna make a change in any menu item, they’ll look at you like what are you talking about’…. My Boston pizza gift card didn’t work here but worked at a second location effortlessly, maybe these guys have different payments machines. The food was good overall. Got a pizza and Jalapeño shrimp tacos.
Came here to watch UFC event on a saturday night. Great ambience, very good placement of screens for sport viewing. Food selection is good, basic beer selection. Had vegetarian options too. Only problem, which seems to be a pan industry problem- short staffed. Bt nonetheless great place to be.
Great onion rings. Great calamari but way too small. Service was quite slow although servers were friendly but too eager to take away the plates. Don't sit outside if you were scared of bees. Chiken wings 3/5 because there was not much taste. No need to try the onion soup again. They only have Pepsi in cans...so weird.
Boston Pizza provides you with a great customer experience and the meals and deals are always great as well. Located right in the heart of the North York area , Boston Pizza is what I would call "Super Cool" for the area. The menu has a surprising like for all tastes in mind and provides you with enough menu items to choose from that you might want to come back for more. Their menu has a wide range of everything from Burgers to Steaks to Bowls of Asian Delight . It does satisfy everyone who walks through the door. There's even a kids menu that in place just in case you bring the family along. My favorite Boston Pizza experience was the sheer satisfaction and enjoyment of their 1 pound - 2 pound wings. There was a wicked combo that came in place with the wings in which beer was included as well. I pretty much enjoyed the whole satisfaction of their wing night considering it was a UFC Night. I will definitely will be back for some more Boston Pizza , especially on the patio now that Summer is here and the experience with friends and atmosphere. That's the reason why we pay so much for the dining experience , is due to the atmosphere. The beer does taste really good as I like to gulp down one to two Canadians and I will definitely bring my friends along for the experience.
Awful takeout experience. First, I didn’t receive my 3rd meatball, then my wife didn’t get the sauce and the quinoa in her salad, finally my son didn’t get his fries. Good taste, but totally incomplete order.
Great place to get a late dinner with friends. Food is good, though service is often slow, especially with drinks.
Worst service and experience we have ever received at any of the Boston Pizza chains. They have a full service bar and ZERO smart serve knowledge. Being a bartender for 12 years I have never seen such mismanagement. The service is sub-par with young children serving and no knowledge about the industry. We brought our family here for our regular Thursday dinner as we've been here before with no issue my husband ordered his beer, pizza, the kids had their children spaghetti & meatballs, I ordered sangria and a pasta ... once we finished our orders we asked to order another beer & sangria with our order ... We were denied our beverages and told every hour we could order a drink... NEVER have we ever been so embarrassed We received the number on a receipt for the manager. Worst experience at a Boston pizza
The waiter takes so long to come to you, and they ignore you when you call them. They especially ignore you if you're sitting alone, and I believe the reason is that they don't expect a big tip from you since you're alone.Food: 3/5
