Gave a 3 star rating because on the lounge side, service is quite prompt and good. If I rated the lounge side alone I would rate it as a 4. However, on the restaurant side......service is terrible. 50 minute ticket times for a burger and fries order is unacceptable and the waitresses are very rude and need training. If I rated that side it would likely be a 1.

Hit or miss service. Useally great service. Good food.

Slow. Always very, very slow service. Ordered take out to pick up. Was told 25 to 30 minutes. Went to get it in that time frame and only half ready. Apparently "forgot" about other part of my order. No ammends made or offers for a discount and I waited an extra twenty five minutes. Frustrating.

Service is a bit slow but very friendly. And food plus drinks are good.  Drinks look amazing.

Awful service, incredibly slow no accountability. 4 or more waitresses throughout visit yet waited 25 minutes for a bill. Food was lack lustre Luke warm.
