I had the worst meal ever last night. I order two meals with BBQ ribs and the picture is what they sent The location only had one of the five sides I ordered, so they substituted three servings of same side. No one likes sweet potatoes that much. In addition, they didn't send any corn bread. Even the chicken I ordered was unappetizing. They only thing worth having was the bottled drink. Price tag for the fiasco $76.20 through Grubhub. Never again will eat or order from Boston Market
If I could it would be negative stars. DO NOT ORDER FROM THERE. We ordered this for our work thanksgiving party spent $1,800 on cold food, two trays of the food had hair in them, they did not provide any serving utensils or plates EVEN THOUGH WHEN WE ORDERED WE CONFIRMED IF IT CAME WITH THE ORDER AND THEY SAID YES. So thankfully we had plates in our office. We ordered half the order for salad so for 30 people and was one small plastic bin. The bread was cold and hard. I called and complained right away and was told to file the complaint with them via the phone and online. I did both. It is now 12 days later and they are still telling me someone is going to call. They wont provide any customer service email address and they say EVERYONE is too busy to answer a call. I call corporate number and they have a machine that only asks you to leave a voice mail which i did as well. The picture I attached is the plate showing the hair that was in both the turkey tray and the mac and cheese tray.
Doubt if my husband and I will go back. A year ago we went and they were out of chicken! Lol Last week we gave it another try. Yep, out of the new special that I wanted, instant mashed potatoes were not good. The gravy was good and the regular chicken I ate but the service was the worst ever. Don’t think we will ever be back, too bad used to really like Boston Market.
Bad food. Ordered a whole chicken that was overcooked and dry. When I returned the bad food I got nothing but attitude from the young lady at the front counter. She was sassy and had a smart mouth. Nasty customer service. No smiles anywhere. I am a professional chef visiting Pittsburgh from Phoenix and I know food quality. If you are serving bad food at least do it with a smile. This was at the Shadyside location off Baum Blvd.
The location is Winter Haven Florida is absolutely the worst. The website said open and 11 but they weren't open for individual orders until almost 1. Then they ran out of turkey by 115 and said it would 30 minutes for more. And no pumpkin pie even though it was listed as part of the meal. My wife and I have ended up splitting one meal. I will never go to a Boston market anywhere ever again
On March 10, 2023, I purchase orders of rotisserie chicken in the amount $49.91, needless to say the chicken, macaroni and cheese even the gravy was extremely salty to the point no one, not even my husband could eat, an horrible was of money. Earlier on March 8 I ordered from on their online site, Store#400 I never received the order I was informed that I will be refund still awaiting stupid me, but my husband and I are home bound and we wanted Boston. After a little research, I am in firm agreement this particular chain should be closed permanently.
I bought my meal and their chicken was pink, I was told that it’s at temperature and they could give me another but it would be the same. Why is the chicken pink? What about salmonella and everything that goes bad when eating raw chicken. Don’t buy here, customer service is the worst, they did not care!
Boston Market on 3249 Hollywood Blvd, Hollywood, FL 33021, has gone wildly bad. It used to be the best of the Boston market's out but now their chicken taste bad, the mac and cheese taste worst, and the meatloaf is ridiculous. I ordered their Thai chicken and they did not provide it. They are so bad that they are not even using Boston markets regular plates , bags and cups. We asked them if they were transitioning to a new company they said no, but nothing is the same, I thought you all should know. Please look into this travesty. Thank you
Drive through only. Lobby was closed. Much of the food was unavailable and the steamed broccoli was brown. Won't last long IMHO.
Horrible staff horrible food. Horrible management. I witnessed multiple people standing there doing nothing and gossiping about other coworkers. This whole location if falling apart and in my opinion Boston market needs to close down all of their stores because they are the most unprofessional restaurant I've ever been to.
