Boston Logan it is not a very big airport, but seems to be very well managed. Looks like it is mainly flights to destinations inside the US, but there are some International flights. There are very good facilities and amenities. Nice choice of restaurants and shops. People usually very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed a fantastic view of many planes landing and taking off while waiting for my flight. If you come in by car, you might miss a turn or two.

It is small but nicely maintained airport. There are five terminals, A to E. Terminal E is for international flights while rest are for domestic flights, except for some exceptions. There is a lot of staff to help and guide you at the airport. Generally, it is not very busy. Information counters are there everywhere. Small utility outlets are available near gates (like at most airports). There are a few duty free shops too. Some brands are shown in the attached pictures.

Great international airport. Friendly staff, the TSA agents are always nice to kids. Navigation if driving in can be slightly difficult. As long as you drive slowly and watch signs carefully, you should be fine. The newer part of terminal B and terminal E are very nice and offer great views of sunrises and sunsets with panoramic windows. The food and beverage situation is OK. In certain areas, you are limited to three or less options. Other than that, Logan is great!

BEWARE of the Air Canada gates. They're in their own section and are clearly not heated. Nearly froze to death while waiting for my flight! The other terminals seem okay but terminal B really seems to be really lacking in restaurants. Never have I left and re-entered security so many times in hopes of decent food options and a reasonable room temperature.

It's a nice small airport. The staff are polite and respectful at border control. It was a big surprise to see even they carry guns. I expected just police around with guns, but not the immigration staff who stamp your passport. But safety first is good. It should make us feel safer not intimidated.
