I had a few unresolved issues. Such as a wire that never came through, I was too responsive to end up with no results, the person in charge never even called me back to follow up, anything, confirm deny acceptance of received money. It was almost like it was his first time receiving a wire. It was unprofessional and I had to transfer money via other difficult ways.. Tellers make you fill out all the info on deposit slip, where as other banks tellers will gladly do this for you. Even at the drive up window. (Id rather not carry my full account number on my persons) I'm never given smiles, it seems like torture to transact my anything... Getting locked out of your account is torture... But finally one lady stepped up and completed my issues thoroughly and directly - Shannon at Main office?! Im going to stay, but ugh...
