Squamish has great staff. With two dogs and a cat we are regulars and spend hundreds of dollars here every month due to having everyone on a raw diet. But when something is not in the bag when you get home, you have a receipt, it's only a $7 item I get that, but the least someone could do is figure out you're a regular and not trying to scam them and make the effort to replace the thing. Bad PR.

Won't let you wash your dog if it's rolled in fish or feces or has been skunked. Though that was a little weird. Why would I take a clean dog there? Anywho, not the friendliest response from the staff. Probably won't go back.

Friendly staff who are helpful when ordering in products that aren't usually stocked. Great supply of guinea pig food and hay as well!

Great people very nice and helpful! just a bit upset because if you get ten bags of same size dog food tenth is free! Well I have gotten six bags from here and they only have three on my file when I told them I still have all the bags at my house they told me I could have gotten it anywhere. I like to get my animal food here in Squamish I live a block away from bosleys I am not gonna drive to the city for dog food! So just make sure if your doing the bag deal you make sure they get every bag in the file!!

Although they used to do dog baths in the past, FYI they no longer allow it for dogs that have rolled in salmon along squamish's rivers. Which is pretty much every dog in squamish. Very disappointed.
