Been brining our pets here for boarding for a few years now. Consistently friendly service, they obviously care a lot about the well-being of our pets and we always feel good leaving our beloved fur-babies in their care. Pricing is reasonable and the pets always have fun. Highly recommend.
2 ladies at front desk. One of the staff super friendly the other one..just a real miserable person.nGrooming worst hair cut my dog had ever had in his life. They missed chunks of hair through his dogs body, didn't bath my dog, which they neglected to tell me they don't do and they didn't pluck his ear hair.nnPaid 50.00...terrible place. I cut my dogs hair better than they did.
Very unfriendly service. I asked a question and got an unhelpful non-answer. The woman could barely be bothered to speak to me. She made me feel stupid when I asked where I could find something. Was trying to shop local, but Amazon isn't rude so will go with them. I see someone below had similar service. This was also at the downtown location and on a weekday.
I didnt have a good experience at the downtown location, both times I went in. I was angry today when I left. So we went to the Kam Lake location, loved it! Wonderful customer service, good dog selection. This location will be my go to. Its unfortunate as I live only a couple blocks from the downtown store.
Grooming prices are reasonable. Sometimes there's a few stray hairs here and there but she loves the dogs and takes great care of them while they are being groomed. My dogs are so excited when they get to go get their hair cut!
