This is spot was recommended by a local and did not disappoint. Patio is a beautiful spot to eat and watch darkness fall on a summer's evening. Menu is mostly pub food and not particularly extensive but is good value for the money. Staff were pleasant. Recommended.
This was our best dining experience in Tobermory! Service was fast and friendly. Food was excellent! Fish and chips were very good, as was the bruchetta burger. The pizza was also amazing and surprisingly good value considering how loaded it was. They have a great patio overlooking the harbour.
The food here was delicious. I would recommend grabbing the ribs with the Carolina sauce. To be honest, I've tried both the sweet potato fries and regular fries and both are amazingly delicious. Both secure a sort of crunch to it that makes you craving more.
We were looking for a spot to have dinner for the Thanksgiving long weekend in Tobermory and came across Bootleggers. After looking at the reviews we opted to give it a try and the reviews were not wrong! It just so happens we ate there on their first al night prior to closing for the season so food options were limited but still extremely good with courteous and quick service which you wouldn't expect being as it was their last shift until May. We will definitely be back!
French onion soup was disgusting, the onions where almost raw and placed in a bottle of hot beer. are server gave us venues and he didn't return for 25 min.s. I was very disappointed in our overall experience. the only thing that was awsome was the view.
It was Ok. We had take-out. The bread that came with the Hummus was not pita bread, but some other bread that was a bit too dry. The falafel plate was a bit better.
Service was terrible. Waited 1 hour and 10 minutes to be seated after being told it would be about 20 minutes. They sat everyone in line before us. People who came in and only waited five minutes got seated before we did. I will not reward a restaurant with my money for bad service or with a staff of workers who do not care. I reported this to the hotel we are staying at so they know what it is like. STAY AWAY
The food is okay, just the chicken/wings tasted very dry. Nothing is really special and I don't think it can compete against nearby restaurants that I've been visited for my 3 days trip.
Small and too busy. But what do you expect when the food and service are good. Had a live band when I was there. They were talented but just too loud.
Nice looking place , nice view .
