Boom's Drive-In

Food was ok, prices were way too high for what you get. The chefs salad was the size of a very small side salad, but priced like a full sized "meal" salad. The order of cheese balls was spendy too, and came with 9 little cheese balls. The ice cream was actually really good, but priced a bit high also. All in all, if you're hungry and don't care about prices, it's all good. But when 2 side salads, and order of cheese balls, and a small "blizzard" type ice cream costs over $25, it's a live and learn. Won't be returning.

Great service! Food was terrific, had the bacon cheeseburger, hot ham and cheese and salads. By far the best service we have had in the North Point Campground Region!

A combination of meal size, taste, good price, great and fast service, seeing the kitchen and food being prepared, is just not found everywhere and these good folks provide all. We just came off a 2000 mile round trip driving vacation and this was one of the best restaurants. I had the Boom burger and my wife had the buffet. I will remember and we will be back. Nice thick and tasty Black Raspberry milkshake!
