Had placed an order of 3 books in this amazing online bookstore.Got the delivery with 4-5days. The books were best in quality.packaging was also good. No damage.Along with the books i received bookmarks which very pretty decent. The online store is quite easy to access & hassle free payment. Have COD too.Books are available at affordable prices.Their service & response are quite good.No rude behaviour. Overall had a satisfactory experience ordering. A great place to buy books . Never Finished was a book, I was finding it for over a month and wasn’t able to find it anywhere. Bookbins comes to rescue, and was able to get it in a very affordable price as compared to amazon. Overall the experience was very seamless and great, this was the 2nd time I was ordering from them and will definitely order more books in the near future

Worst service I have ever experienced. As it was my first order, I opted for COD even though COD orders are charged 7% extra. After experiencing their quality of service with the first order, I had planned to order more books. However, with first order itself, I had a very bad experience. They put the order on “HOLD” without even informing the reason. When I sent an email to support ID, nobody bothered to reply. Upon inquiring on Instagram, I was told I did not pick up the verification call for COD, hence the order is on HOLD. I confirmed that NO verification call was received from them. They agreed and confirmed that it will ship in a few days as their team is not available for 5 days. After 5 days, I inquired again and I was told they will ship in a day. Nothing happened. After 2 more days when I asked them to cancel the order, they gave lame excuses like the team was not there for 5 days, hence the delay. When I said, it is already been 15 days since the order is placed. Then they again put a blame on me saying I did not pick up the verification call. I wanted to cancel the order as I have already wasted my time following up with them. They were happy to cancel the order. To my surprise next day, I receive a text message that my order is shipped. Within an hour, they canceled the order. Very strange, though the order was canceled, they shipped and later canceled the shipped order. They claimed fast delivery 1-2 working days but that is false marketing. Moreover, they do not call or send any messages for your order. You will have to inquire with them about everything. I would not recommend this seller. Update on 22 March: This is in response to an update from the Owner. Kindly do not give any false statements. You did not make any effort to call me to verify the order. If you want I can share the entire chat history of our discussion on Instagram. Also, as your mentioned, your team was off for 5 days but I have waited 15 days to get the order shipped. So do not put the onus on me for your deficiency in your service.

Received fake books for my library. Poor pirate copies of bestselling books sold illegally. Called their number many times to complain but no response. Please do not buy from here. If there is a budget limitation, buy second hand original books instead of encouraging piracy.

Seller of pirated books. Poor print quality, missing content. No after sale support if you wish to return the book and expect a refund. Would recommend all book lovers to buy from genuine sources or at least get genuine second hand from local market. This site is a trap with paid reviews.

Received books with very poor paper quality and print. Our institute has original copies of these books which looks very rich and readable from the ones sold on their website. Came to know from sources in police that there are many open complaints against such websites in past 1 month and a major crack down is being planned to eradicate such menaces.
