Bonfe

Our Bonfe technician,Tom, came to our home on time at 8am this morning and helped us find our main water valve as we could not locate it. He then proceeded to help us with our bathtub spout, which was dripping water day and night. Unfortunately, he did not have all the parts to fix it right away today through no fault of his own so we cant say how the result was just yet. However, we appreciated his cultural awareness and respect for our home when he put on shoe covers every time he stepped into our home without even being asked. He was also friendly, more than willing to help out, informative, and professional. We would highly recommend Tom and Bonfe to others!

Nick P provided excellent service for us as an electrician. We had several requests and questions, and he took the time to investigate each item, educating us along the way as to options for resolution. He was friendly, efficient, and effective in addressing our needs - couldn't ask for better service and would absolutely use again! Bonfe is not the cheapest option, but their servicemen and women do a great job, provide a fixed estimate (meaning they won't start and then change the price in the middle), and guarantee their work. Plus, we signed up for their annual program which gets us a discount on all services - well worth it.

Called Bonfe for AC issue in June 2017 and Tyler J as a technician. Turns out that a previous maintenance job (not by Bonfe) was causing the problem. I really appreciated Tyler still checking everything over even though he had quickly diagnosed the issue. Going that extra step helped put me at ease and made me feel good no unnecessary repairs were going to be suggested to me. He also gave easy and good professional info, background, and suggestions regarding smart home thermostats.

Tom M. was the plumber who arrived promptly at the appointed time (8 AM on a Saturday!) to fix/replace my broken garbage disposer. He was personable, professional, easy to work with and understand--if Bonfe had more than 5 stars I would give him more! He laid out five options for me, explained each one and the associated costs and answered all the questions I had --which were many. He completed the work on the option I chose, signed me up for your COM plan, cleaned up after himself and went on to his next visit. Even my dog thought he was great--of course, the fact that he played with her for a minute or two helped!

Bennett installed a tankless water heater and a water softener for us. The tech was very personable and responsive to our questions throughout the process. We are very happy with the equipment we received and the work that was completed. Bennett went above and beyond for this job. Although the price was higher than we may have paid elsewhere, the equipment came with a lifetime warranty with repairs covered if the equipment were to ever break. I fully expect the additional upfront cost will pay for itself over time. Overall great experience and I would highly recommend Bonfe and specifically Bennett for future work.
