Bond's Lake offers X-country ski trails in the winter. Many of the trails have big ruts that fill with water (not conducive to x-country skiing). But when it's cold enough to freeze the water and we get enough snow for cover it's perfect. The trails wind through apple orchards, tall pines, past ravines and open fields. There are two beautiful lakes to view. Myer's lake is my favorite to ski around. Easy parking, a warming house with bathrooms and a roaring fire add to the experience. There are also 2 ice skating rinks and a giant sledding hill. They use the old down hill ski hill so it's steep and very long. The walk back up the hill is good exercise. Only plastic sleds and inflatables are allowed. In the summer the same x-country ski trails are open for hiking. Shelters and picnic tables surround Bond's lake for a serene setting for a summer's day. I would have given 5 stars if the trails were groomed better for skiing otherwise a great place.

I have been here multiple times for fishing and picnics it's a beautiful little spot. I recently took the kids sledding there, overall it was a great experience my only complaint is that the warming house was not open. According to the sign it was closed due to a private event, yet there was no one in there. We would have stayed longer if we had access to a restroom.

Very nice place to fish and relax. Could use more bathrooms through out the park! One at the entrance just doesn't get it if you're at the other end!

This beautiful park offers a one-of-a-kind view over a hill, a large warming house, and poetic nature trails surrounding a pond full of wildlife. We hold it dear to our hearts because it was perfect for our wedding, but we plan to use it again for birthdays and other parties. The park is also great for a casual stroll.

Awful place to go. The map didn't show us where to go, and we couldn't find the lake anywhere. Other places, a map would show "You are here." And then you can see where you're exactly going, don't think I'm going back.
