Amazing food at a decent price. Where else can you get a Sloppy Joe?!?  Sounds gross, but every bit as good as your childhood memories remind you of. I almost ordered a second....but who needs 3,000 calories for lunch?  It is my new go to lunch spot when I am in the neighbourhood.  The fellow who runs it is also very nice. Not that that matters, the food is good enough I would go there again even if he was a jerk.

TRUST ME if you're looking for a good, decadent sandwich or hot dog, this is the Absolute Place. Just the one guy who works there, and he knows his business. Not much in the way of seating, just stools and a wraparound bar. Medium sized menu. The chuck in the sloppy joe-type sandwiches is very, very good, I recommend the Pickle et Chou.

This place is great for a sandwich to go. Lots of variety! The place can be closed for long periods depending on the season like around christmas since the owner is pretty much there all the time otherwise. Highly recommend for a filling sandwich!

Ok, you gotta try this place. No, seriously, it's so good! I got the Chancho sloppy joe and it was incredibly delicious. It also lasted me two meals because it was huge! Had a nice chat with the owner so that's another plus. I'll definitely come back to try other things in the menu.

You guys need to believe the hype, probably the best sandwiches in Montreal, if you didn't go in the recent year please do, they have a new menu and the owner is not alone anymore so great food and really fast service!!!

Every single time I try to go get food they are NEVER open.  Sorry but it was the last time i went there....Ridiculous!!!!
