I booked Bombay Banquet hall for my sweet 16 birthday party! Their service was amazing. The owners, management team, and staff were so sweet and helpful. They put an effort into accommodating for the day I wanted my party, even though the hall was busy with other parties that week. The food was amazing, I didn’t hear a single complaint from any one of my guests. The hall also killed it with the decorations, it was truly a beautiful set up. My theme colours were dark green, gold, and white and I had an image of what I wanted the hall to look like on the day of my party. When I walked into the hall on the day of my party the image I had in mind was exactly how the hall looked! I definitely recommend booking with Bombay Banquet hall, they won’t disappoint you!!!
I went there to attend the engagement party of mu cousin and i was awesome. Everything was good and the food was very tasty. As i was vegetarian so there were many options for vegetarian. The decorations was really nice. I would really recommend Bombay banquet hall to everyone.
Me and my family has been using Bombay Banquet Hall from last 15 plus years. They always amaze us with their delicious food and ambience. Recently I was there to attend a reception there. Their service was great. My family and I loved the patio food.
I have attended family event a few weeks before and it was really a amazing service and delicious food. Apart from this, food was so delicious, curious to know, who is the chef over their. Overall Great place and great experience i have experienced
Was genuinely a great experience! We were a little apprehensive after seeing some of the reviews, but the owners reassured us and even explained the true story behind each of the reviews. The food, service, and decorationsDone to our taste/style were all great and you could see that the staff and owners worked hard to make our night enjoyable. We also had great music speakers and mics all worked great and the owners and staff helped us pack the extra food to take away for guests! Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. Thank you to all the staff and owners who helped make our night memorable!
I attended a day reception here this week. It was my first time here and food was so delicious. They have a patio and mouth watering appetizers were being cooked live. Service was good too. Would definitely have my wedding here.
Please be mindful when booking this hall for your special event! I had my reception here last month, and was unfortunately quite disappointed. Prior to our event, we had some concerns which were brought up with the hall manager and we were reassured these would not be issues. However issues still arose, I've listed these below. 1 Noise traveling between the halls. Our event was in the smaller hall there is a big and small hall back to back with a door/divider separating the two sides. We asked if this would be an issue and the manager laughed and said this is not a concern and that they have multiple events with no issues. When our speeches were happening, the dancing on the other side had started and we couldn't hear our speeches. We asked the on site supervisor if anything could be done and he laughed at us and said no. We later found out that the other side had the same issues when we were doing our performances and also asked the manager who again would not help. This was very upsetting/disappointing as we had brought up this concern before and as a bride not being able to hear speeches is heart breaking. 2 Parking. There is not enough parking on site if all halls are rented out they have 3 halls that they rent out. Again we brought up this concern prior to our event and were told that they have the most parking any hall has. If you do book this hall, I suggest letting your guests know in advance to come early. Some other issues that arose throughout the night are as follows: 1 Patio/Bar. We paid an extra $10/person to have live cooking on the patio at the beginning of the night. Our patio did not open until after 9pm and shortly after dinner started to be served. We were also told that there would be a bar setup outside however when we arrived only one bar was setup. My dad and father in law had to run around and beg the staff to set up the bar outside instead of enjoying themselves. 2 Food. There was not enough food for our guests. Some of the tables the ones in the front and the ones closer to the kitchen received plates of appetizers, however some tables did not receive any. It was inconsistent throughout the hall, and even when servers were asked to bring out plates they did not. When the barbeque started outside, there was also not enough food for all of our guests even though this was paid for in full prior to the event. 3 During the dancing, multiple family members observed the servers picking up money off the floor. This is usually meant for the DJ. Overall we were extremely disappointed with the service and the hall management. We brought up these concerns with the manager after the event and were met with hostility and called liars. If you do end up booking this hall please keep the managers accountable and designate someone to watch over throughout your event.
Best banquet hall food I’ve ever had! My two experiences there were outstanding. Highly recommend booking your next large event here. Hope to be back soon!
Last weekend we had my sister’s jago party at this hall. There was good service as well as food was very delicious. All the servers and staff is very cooperative. this is only hall where i have seen their Security help us with the liquor and help taking stuff to our cars. is also very helpful. They also had variety of non-alcoholic drinks. It was worth the money.
Excellent food. One of the original wedding halls. The big complaint I have is the horrible state the washrooms were in. They are in need of repairs . It would be great if there was dedicated staff to maintain the washrooms during events.
