Boless Inc

Boless Inc. works with the Heafey Group. They own the property known as the Duvernay Motel. They were telling the Quebec Government they were operating it as a 'motel' yet were advertising in the yellow pages under "Rooming and Boarding Facilities". So under that, tenants 'should have had' tenant rights! The place is dirty, disgusting and in need of repairs. Yet when tenants made complaints, Denis Ouellette of Boless Inc. told them under the 'motel law', tenants have no rights and thus threw them out on the street. Stay clear of this place. Stay clear of Boless Inc. and Denis Ouellette.
