I went to Bolero for a friend's birthday party. It was my first time at the restaurant and I was absolutely pleased with my experience.nnAll of the meats brought to the table were cooked perfectly. Speaking of which, you need to show up hungry because the servers will just keep bringing you more as long as you have your totem flipped to green.nnWe did get a great piece of advice - don't fill up too much on the salads, cheeses and vegetable dishes. Those are meant to compliment the slices of meat you'll be getting.nnI think my favourite was the habanero pork loin. Hard to choose. The pineapple was really great too.
First time coming to Bolero and it was a fantastic experience. The service is amazing. We decided with my husband that Bolero will be our place to celebrate good times and achievements, the energy is immaculate. The food is excellent. I am a fan of chef Daniel and his creations. This week he added to the menu a Chocolate Passion Fruit Mousse and it was OUT OF THIS WORLD. Best dessert I have ever eaten , a real explosion of flavours.

Unique dining experience where a library of meats is brought right to your table and carved onto your plate. Everything was delicious and the meat was very succulent and seasoned to perfection. The sausage was average though. Chicken wings too weren’t anything special. But the beef and lamb were superb. Wide selection of stews and salads at the fresco bar, eat as much as you want. The chimmichuri sauce is to die for. Would love to go again!
Too bad I couldn't get photos of the food!nThe food was great! There wasn't one complaint on anything that was served!nGreat selection of sides that you get to pick from which was buffet style. Great service is a bonus as we came in a group. Clean and great atmosphere. Definitely recommend.
