I don’t rate very often but I want to spare others some grief. I had important documents for real estate sale out of country to notarize, simple procedure - gave him a heads up with date limits - he agreed, then gave me a price of 600$ and requested I print the documents as his printer is too old I call him on Friday before signatures on Monday and tells me he can only do it next Thursday since he doesn’t work Mondays and Tuesdays!! which is too late for my deadline. I am now stuck trying to find someone else on a Friday afternoon!! Never again. I was lucky enough to get one in Alexandria on the following Tuesday for 270$ - they printed the papers as well : I think it’s time to retire and consult only, if you are not in a hurry.

Had some commonwealth documents notarized quickly and efficiently. Mr Bolduc was able to fit us in last minute, responded quickly to emails, and was very informative over the phone.

Alain was my lawyer when I bought my house 2 years ago. The transaction was very smooth and a fair price. I called him today to ask some questions, he was very helpful and remembered the small details about our short encounters 2 years ago. He pays attention to details and I highly recommend!!!
