I have recently placed an order over the phone through the Bokay. The employee named Christy had helped me put a very special arrangement together for my sisters 30th birthday. I had asked if she could send a pic message to me after it was done and she did. It was beautiful. She also went out if her way to deliver to my sister and send amother picture of that. I was very impressed with how thoughtful and involved she was. Thank you again Christy for your help. My sister said it made her whole day. Keep up the wonderful customer service.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a floral shop! I was taken back by how rude they were on the phone when I made the order. Then on the day of the order they did not deliver! I had to call and ask.. Instead of apologizing and sending the delivery out they acted like they were doing me a favor by hurrying at the last minute to send it. Even though I had ordered days prior. TO top it all off they charged me $45. All I had ordered was balloons for my sisters 17th birthday! Shame on them...
