I loved the service: no pressure, no hidden pressure as we all know about and feel in other dealerships, very polite and professional stuff, don't hide anything, asked if I need an extra warranty for used car didn't put anything extra in my deal. Alexis even went outside on cold in the evening to take a pictures for me because it was new arrival and in their ad I just had a description, not a fotos. I would like to write my bad experience with Kia..nAfter I waited for two months, they said that I would receive the car after one month, but when I went to the branch to make the financial transaction, they said that the car is not available for technical reasons but I'm sure they give it to someone else..nActually It was a bad experience with them, I wasted my time and they were not honest with their clients
While servicing was done on my car today Merci Renée, Very nice lady and service, I met with a saleman called Xavier Desrochers. He responded to all my inquiries, very polite, pleasant and helpful! Highly reccomended! Merci, Thankjyou.
