Great help today in the plumbing section. We couldn't find an adapter for our shower head, so the gentleman helping me found a different solution using my existing parts. I didn't need to buy anything, and left happy!
I do not recommend this store. I've experienced sexism every time I go. The men are really aggro and there is no point in going if you want to be treated with respect
Rona Masson and further east Mont Royal st. better.
Small place but very good inventory.
Both my roommate and I felt uncomfortable with the way we were treated when going there on separate occasions by older male staff asking for phone number and making inappropriate jokes. The store had the lightbulbs we needed though.
Store customer service very helpful ! Store very clean ! Covid-19 protection in place ! Very informative when questioning about their products ! Highly recommended this store for all your building projects !
Very kind employees. I didn't have a bike locker and they kindly let me put my bike inside near the entrance. They cut for me a wall tablet I bought at Ikea, for like 1$. Very happy : It's rare to find a place downtown that will cut wood you bought somewhere else than Rona.
Good service and they have lots of stuff
