What a beautiful evening, every course very well executed with exquisite calamari ans surf and turf cooked just asked. The service was great. The only thing is to go in the hotel to find a bathroom. Anyway, will go back to try the rest of the menu.Food: 5/5
Food was amazing. I got the New York strip loin and it was delicious. I would recommend the truffle butter, added a bit of extra flavour to the beef. It does come with a hefty price so I expected nothing less. The atmosphere was nice and everything was very clean. The service was decent though they could have come by more often to refill our waters and ask if we wanted drink refills.
I recently dined at Boefish, a high-end restaurant, and although it was a bit expensive, the experience was worth it. The food was exquisite, with high-quality ingredients and beautifully presented dishes. The atmosphere was elegant and sophisticated, and the service was impeccable. I highly recommend this restaurant for a special occasion or a fine dining experience.
If you're looking for an amazing place to eat while in lennoxville or sherbrook you have to try this restaurant. The atmosphere is amazing but the food is even better. Even though it's known for its fish and high-end meats, even the burger was Superior. As with most high-end restaurants if you're looking to pour a medium rare, go with a medium as they do not over cook their meats. It even says that in the menu. The salmon is excellent but an interesting dish as it's surrounded by a yummy salad. The ravioli is phenomenal in the cream sauce is exactly that, very creamy. To finish things off I would recommend the cheesecake which is top end and surrounded by an array of fruits. The entire group said does the quality of the meal was worth the price. And even then the price wasn't too bad at all.
We had a great time with extremely fine service and amazing service. Antoine was very meticulous with our special requests and spent extraordinary effort to accommodate them. The Onion soup was very tasty and the lobster tasted fresh. The desert was phenomenal. Try their oysters, you will not regret.
Great food in a excellent atmosphere. Management is 1st class! Had waiter issues and manager came in and looked after us. Staff problems sometimes can’t be helped but great managers makes the restaurant when things go wrong. Definitely we would recommend and would return.

One of the best restaurant experiences ever! The aged steak was wonderful I would have liked a larger portion of mashed potatoes...but I'm a glutton, the drinks & dessert were on point, and the Chef's Table experience was thoroughly enjoyable; even got free vodka espresso shots on the house! Will definitely be back if ever in Sherbrooke again.
We came here twice during our stay at the hotel. I have mixed feelings. Restaurant has really great potential but was a little bit of let down. I was really looking forward to trying their steak. It is aged which gives it a nice flavour but the steak was really burned on the sides which was not enjoyable at all. I’ve never had a steak like this. The place is rather expensive so I was expecting their steak to be cooked perfectly. The oysters we really enjoyed, they were fresh and excellent! The tartare was also very tasty but I really think they should vary their sides because every meat and seafood dish has the same sides which gets quite boring and the they’re not even that good. They should offer a variety of sides as options like most restaurants do. I really wanted to love the place but it isn’t quite there yet!
