Story

Our Wellness Center and Spa is an oasis of relaxation and well-being featuring a comprehensive approach to wellness that includes:
~ A beautiful full service day spa offering holistic treatments that can be enjoyed on your own or side by side.
~ A wide variety of classes each week including Yoga, mat Pilates, Barre, and Equipment-Based Pilates taught by excellent instructors in impressive studios. (The first Yoga, mat Pilates or Barre class is free for area residents).
~ Yoga Teacher Training 200 hours.
~ Professional counseling services consisting of mental health and relationship counseling, professional life coaching, hypnotherapy and spiritual guidance.
~ A specialty gift shop carrying a fine assortment of products to nurture the body & soul.
~ A host of seminars and workshops taught by experts in the field of mind/body/spirit wellness.

This is a very nice spa. The staff is excellent and the facilities are quite nice. The only reason it gets 4 stars is this is not the nicest place in town in my opinion. On the other hand if you want excellent customer service and a very clean and well cared for facility this place is excellent. The price is a little on the high side.

I went to one of the strength training classes here and was really disappointed that they weren't more progressive. Bootcamp-type classes are really popular now and they didn't have any of those available. The one class I took was more like stationary weight training. I look for a little more from my gyms.

I have more recently been back for both yoga and their salon services. I think their talents are more on those areas than the workouts. I go there regularly and always have a good experience. I also highly recommend Kristi for both pedicures and massages. She's very skilled and professional.

Excellent spa for massages!  Susan Hudek does an amazing job as a massage therapist.

Worst manicure I've ever had, poor selection and poor quality. Cost was way more than the quality received!
