Using the One local app is great. It's quick and you can see your cab location on the app. Whenever I have used the app the cab has been there in a few minutes. Drivers are usially pretty good.Calling dispatch late at night or during busy times is another story. Don't waste your time. Dispatch won't answer

For what ive used them over the winter and almost everyday i might add. They were pretty good to me and my son and he was mainly the reason was to get him to daycare and home when it wasnt fit for the walk most of them become to know who we were and the daily routine and were pretty good to me and my son always polite. I think since December i only had one bad morning and that was quickly resolved

Been a customer for decades never have had any issues with any of Bob's drivers always clean cabs and courteous drivers and prompt service :)

Awesome taxi service. Consistently friendly and grateful drivers. I find the drivers in HRM pretty great overall. But Bob's has a great app and I like them a lot. Yay Bob's!
