Stopped here yesterday and we were amazed with the fantastic service and the delicious food! We had a large group and they were excited to see us and catered to our every need! The bartender was extremely friendly and a terrific cook! I can't wait to get back here for their Philly cheesesteak sandwich and homemade Italian dressing! This place may be small but it is hands down the best food I have had in months!
Best food good price we loved eating here so sad it’s closed I hope they reopen
The burgers were absolutely the best we have had in forever! Delicious! I will definitely be going back there. And the woman that waited on us was very pleasant and easy to speak to. She was very personable and pleasant.
The burgers were out of this world fantastic. The owners are older people and delightful to have a chat with. Very inviting and comfortable. Stick with the burgers or pizza, fresh ingredients and yummy ground beef, not greasy at all. It is a great price for phenomenal bar food. You won't be sorry you visited and your tummy will be full upon leaving.
The service was absolutely wonderful. The waiter was so friendly, and staff welcomed us when we came in. They even thanked us for coming in. The food was for lack of a better word cheap! And I mean that in a good way. Four of us ate very well, including sausage gravy to share, and our bill was under $30. We took home a box full too. The pancakes were giant and no one was able to finish theirs. The parking lot was big enough to park our camper in, which is hard to find around here.
Killed 5 bees and found 3 more crawling on the floor. They delivered my burger with a fly on top of the bun. Paid my bill minus the overcharge from menu prices and the owner told me that all I did was complain about the conditions and told me to get out. I couldn't get out fast enough. Will never return under current management. My wife liked her meal but was not plagued by the infestation.
Stopped in for dinner during our fall camping trip. Cute little place. We were greeted by a very enthusiastic server, placed our order and away we went! 2 fish dinners, one steak salad and a bacon burger later, we were stuffed and satisfied. Almost forgot to mention the fresh cheese sticks and amazing onion rings. Will make this a regular when we are in town.
Really good food, family owned and run, great service. Had dinner for 4 on a Friday evening when Linda was our server and she is a hoot! She's also a darn good server. My husband enjoyed the burger and fries, and he is a very picky eater. I had the chef salad. We had pizza logs as an app. On Sunday we had breakfast and our server was Steve, the son. He was also very good. It was hard to figure out what time they opened, but I called and they said 8am. Between 3 of us, we had an omelet, french toast, bacon, etc, all very good! The pancakes are huge. Don't let the outside fool you...looks more like a house than a restaurant, but it's a full diner and bar inside. It's downhome goodness and not fancy. If you want expensive, fancy & overrated, this isn't for you. We tried Tavern 618 near Conneaut Saturday evening and all 4 of us totally regretted not going back to Bob's!
We were there Sat. night, it was a hot evening. There were 5 of us, 4 adults and 1 child. Two had hoagies, 2 had shrimp dinners and 1 chicken tender meal. EXCELLENT food and plentiful servings, we took food home! The waitress was very nice and good service. We WILL be back on our next trip, to the lake!
Sunday night. Not busy but bartender was waiting tables in dining room & trying to take care of the 4 people at bar. 2 hours for 2 drinks & 2 burgers to-go.Tim was cooking-burgers were great! Will try again some time but pretty disappointing.
