Good product selection and great service.

Buying a washing machine over the phone is not ideal, but Bob's made it as easy as possible. The friendly staff spent plenty of time answering any and all questions I had and gave me honest opinions on what purchase would be best for me. Their prices were well within line with those of the big-box stores and $50 extra for both delivery and removal of the old washer was a bargain! Bob's is a great reason to shop local!

Bob's came through for us when we moved into a house here in Mount Horeb and needed a new stove. They brought the new one, leveled it, made sure everything worked, and hauled away the old nasty one. Also brought it a day earlier than we had planned originally. Would totally recommend them and will give them a call next time we need anything. Good folks there.

I have been trying to get Bob's Electric to fix my Kitchenaid Dishwasher and my Kitchenaid Refrigerator Ice Maker for over a year. Granted, COVID hit and they weren't making house calls - however, in November or so - they came out - said my dishwasher had to have parts ordered, zip tied it temporarily and said they'd be back and they put a new ice maker in my fridge - but it has NEVER worked - I called them and they said they'd be back - All of this was over 6 months ago - nothing !! Their Service Sucks!! It's gone downhill bad and they have lots of good excuses for it - but that doesn't help my broken dishwasher and broken ice maker on my fridge. I'm very frustrated !!!

My dad called Bob's electric for a new fridge & instead, they asked what was going on with his current fridge and helped him troubleshoot the issue. No sale was made, but my dad was left happy & amazed by the service Bob junior offered him. They will certainly buy products in the future at Bob's Electric for the service offered!
