Bob's Binding & Carpet Instltn

We had installed living room carpet a few years ago and then decided to re-floor our entire first floor with a durable woodlike product. Not wanting to throw away the carpet investment,. We cut a portion to save as a throw rug and headed 6 Bob's to get the cut portion rebound. When I arrived I was greeted immediately and invited to bring the carpet in for sizing. Once that was done, I was shown the binding and backing choices. I went with the basic binding and felt backing and was told it would be ready in a week. One week later I was laying out the "new" throw rug in my living room beautifully bound and ready for use. Great experience and Bob's was great help in figuring it all out.

Very friendly staff with affordable prices on binding rugs. They confirmed what I wanted done and gave me suggestions for which trim I wanted around the rug. Having never adjusted a rug before I appreciated how they walk you through the process. My 6x9 carpet is going to be adjusted down in width and they said they would have it done in a week! Highly suggest a visit to this store if you want to customize your rug to your space.

Had some thick pile carpet that required binding for the slide outs in our camper. Hard to find anyone that offers this service. Found Bob’s and they did a perfect job for me! Friendly helpful people, prompt service, fair price.

Very helpful. They carried the heavy rug in for me unfortunately, their mask wearing was subpart. 2 employees weren't wearing any at all and 2 others only wore over their mouths. I had my infant with so it was super worrisome

rudest front desk person I've ever spoken to. my contractor went missing on our project, I offer to pay for it so I can get it installed, and she keeps interrupting saying that my name is nowhere on the project so she is not talking to me. after several attempts to be civil, I ended up just telling her to keep the carpet, and deal with the missing contractor. glad they have a good b2b relationship, as that appears to be their only care.

We don't use anyone else for our custom rugs and binding. Great service, awesome staff, product is always on time and done right. Flat out reliable!
