Bo-James

Bo James is my favorite casual restaurant. The food is good and the staff is helpful and friendly.

Walking distance from UofI campus. Sat outside during Chalk Art Festival- very nice. Pet and family friendly. Chicken tender salad was good, and italian beef sandwich was excellent. Great service and nice atmosphere.

Awesome place in Iowa city... enjoyed the Karaoke ... lots of Young College crowd ... awesome vibes... nicely prices Bar with good finger food...

Over the decades several food safety violations official from inspectors they can't figure out how to make safe burgers lol octet decades. Their discrimination is illigal too but they aren't worth this post. I Everyone eventually discovers the reasons not to go there! Preferably zero stars

Lunch with Leah and her family is always fun. Great food. Social distancing outside and she gifted each of us a new mask. Go Hawks.

The floor was ridiculously sticky! So bad that when we left our shoes made the noise all the way to the door and we sat quite a ways inside the restaurant! The older lady working was rude to her staff! Food was excellent though!

Used to love Bo James but they lost my service. They lost many of my friends service because of the way we were treated there. Cops were called on us for absolutely no reason when we left after being asked to. Absolutely crazy behavior shown by the woman working there

Service was good. Food was blah. Not even worth what I paid for the burger special. Fruit side cup was a few grapes and a couple watermelon chunks. They charged money for a side of honey mustard. I'll only be back if my wife makes me go for nostalgic purposes again.

The burgers are fantastic! Highly recommend!
