After almost a decade with another BMW dealership and my lease coming to an end, I was having a hard time deciding on my next vehicle. I was driving a 2023 X5 and test-drove the 2025 X3 but wasn’t completely sold. His name kept coming up with incredible reviews, so I called right away to book an appointment. What was supposed to be a simple lease consultation quickly turned into a lease upgrade! Tony reminded me exactly why I fell in love with the X3 in the first place.nnHe was honest, transparent, and took the time to truly understand what I wanted in my next vehicle. He made sure I knew all my options and made the entire process completely seamless. Tony is 100% worth the hype—an absolute machine who genuinely takes care of his clients, whether new or returning.nnI highly recommend Tony to anyone looking to upgrade or purchase their next BMW. About a week ago my son and I decided to go to BMW TORONTO to see a vehicle my son was interested in. We made an appointment with Arian Hamrahi. When we got at the dealership we were greated very friendly and professional by Arian. This dealership for now unfortunately they are moving to a new location has a few floors used department+motorcycle department+new cars delivery department. The vehicle was brought up nice and clean prior to our visit to the upstair 3rd floor where the Pre Own vehicle department is located .We inspected the vehicle and we liked what we saw.nArian asked his manager Scott Shadbolt to look at our vehicle which we intended to trade it in.nAfter the inspection Scott explained us in a very friendly and professional way how he came to the trade value of our vehicle.nAfter that we went with Arien over the cost of buying the vehicle we liked and saw at the dealership as well as the benefits and cost of buying a BMW extended warranty.nArien brought the vehicle in the parking lot in order for my son to roadtest and get the feeling of this car.nWhat we liked the most is that people involved in our deal did not pressure us in buying anything we did not want or needed and also they did not play the game some other dealerships are still playing these days which is going back and forth between the Sales Representative and the Manager.nArien had the Business Mngr Zilun Wang coming and explaining us the cost and coverrage of the BMW extended warranty as well as the entire bill of sale .nTO ALL PEOPLE BUYING USED CARS DO NOT IGNORE BUYING AN EXTENDED WARRANTY,nDo not forget that everything is going up parts and labour so when buying a used car take in consideration buying an extended warranty in order to be coverred in case there is an issue down the road. you never knownThe whole process at this Dealership from the beginning to the finish was very flowless,respectful,friendly and very pleasant.nFrom our interactions with some other BMW Dealerships, we did not experience this kind of friendly,respectful and professional way of doing business .nIf there are people interested in buying BMW cars THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO. we did visit some other BMW dealerships recently but we were not impressed with their interactions and treatment from their Sales Representatives who were quite disrespectful and full of themselves while talking with us.nYou will not be sorry for visiting BMW TORONTO.nStaff at this Dealership sales + parts are very friendly and very professional.nA week later we picked the car up and we were very happy and pleased with our purchased and with what was done in order to make sure that we are satisfied with the deal and the process.nThe entire team sales+parts made sure that the whole process went flowless and that my son was a very happy and pleased customer which he is.nOur experience and interaction with staff at this dealership BMW TORONTO was and still is OUTSTANDING.nTo the owners of this dealership.nYou are doing the right thing.nGood employees keep the business going ,thriving and flourishing.nThanks to Scott Shadbolt+Arien Hamrahi+Zilun Wang and the Parts dept. for the way our business was conducted .nArien Hamrahi went the extra mile in order to make sure that we were satisfied with our purchase.nTo all staff at this Dealership KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.nIf anyone is interested in getting a BMW car please consider these names Scott Shadbolt+Arien Hamrahi and Zilun Wang when going to this place.nnPSnWe also had a good interaction with Mas Kangavari who helped us too in order to make the whole process at this Dealership go flawless.nTo all staff stay safe and Happy HolidaysnnYours truly,nA very and happy customer
Just leased my first car, a 2026 BMW X3 with Tony from BMW Toronto, and it was an amazing experience. I have talked to a few dealers at other stores, but honestly, Tony has provided us with the best experience by far. He’s super friendly, passionate, patient, and professional throughout the whole process. Tony took the time to answer my questions, helped us score some great discounts and made the everything from paperwork to pickup quite smooth. I went to BMW Toronto this May to look at cars and met sales consultant Tony, he was very friendly and patient, answering all my questions and making me feel comfortable. In the end, I decided to order a 2026 M3C with his help. Tony helped me get a quota and made sure the car would be delivered on time. The whole process was smooth. On top of that, Tony went the extra mile — he even bought floor mats for us to close the deal and make sure we were happy.nnIf you’re looking for a BMW, Tony is your guy and BMW Toronto is the dealership to go with. They were the only ones who actually had real cars in stock, while other dealers were only making deals based on incoming inventory.
