After almost a decade with another BMW dealership and my lease coming to an end, I was having a hard time deciding on my next vehicle. Just leased my first car, a 2026 BMW X3 with Tony from BMW Toronto, and it was an amazing experience. I have talked to a few dealers at other stores, but honestly, Tony has provided us with the best experience by far. I had a fantastic buying experience at BMW Toronto! I just got my very first BMW and a big thanks goes to Tony.nnHe was the only one across Ontario who gave me the best pricing and deal. On top of that, Tony went the extra mile — he even bought floor mats for us to close the deal and make sure we were happy.nnIf you’re looking for a BMW, Tony is your guy and BMW Toronto is the dealership to go with. They were the only ones who actually had real cars in stock, while other dealers were only making deals based on incoming inventory.
I bought used 2021 bmw x5 from this dealership on Jan 2025. It had 57000 kmnMy car had full cover warranty up to 80000kmnnI’m very unhappy with this dealership servicenThe reasons are when I picked up first u realize is when I turn my steering wheel in perking lots or place I drive alow I felt vibrationnI brought back to dealership . They said nothing wrong. So I believe them. Couple months later I took to another bmw dealership, they said my transfer case oil. This was very simple problem. I just change the oil my drive became normal. But this dealership lied and give me this car without transfer case oil change.nnThe other issue I just found out. After 1 year driving my car I realize my front tires are wearing out uneven. So I took my car to a good bmw especiallist mechanic. They check my car for me. They Came told me. My front driver and passenger lower control arm bushing are gone .nSo I remember now when I bought my car from this dealership. I seen the tires were worn out this same way as now. The dealership change only the front tire for me at that time to pass safety. Now I understood that the lower control arm bushings were gone before I bought this car. This car came with full bmw inspections. It’s suppose to be checked for everything. But clearly they didn’t. I bought new sets of 4 tires $2200 and my control arms both side $1400 parts labour $700 .This spending was unnecessary for me.nnI’m very disappointed from this dealership.nI would recommend anyone to go there.
I went to BMW Toronto this May to look at cars and met sales consultant Tony, he was very friendly and patient, answering all my questions and making me feel comfortable. In the end, I decided to order a 2026 M3C with his help. Tony helped me get a quota and made sure the car would be delivered on time. The whole process was smooth. I really liked his service and I am very thankful to him. I look forward to making deal with him again! Anywayif you're thinking of buying a BMW, Tony is definitely the best one for the cooperation
