I drive a 2021 BMW and have had constant issues, from engine sensor problems to repeatedly replacing low-profile tires due to the X-drive. When I transferred my loan under my business name, Kelli from finance quoted me a transfer fee over the phone. Upon payment, the fee was $500 more than what she quoted. If you don’t know the exact cost, don’t quote it. I’m definitely not bringing my business back to BMW Langley.I genuinely do not recommend anyone to go and purchase a car from BMW Langley dealership.
Don’t come to this dealership unless you look like a stereotypical bmw owner in your 30s otherwise you won’t be taken seriously. Highly recommend Brian Jessel BMW over this place as you’ll be treated as an actual customer and not a nuisance, as I went there after this experience and actually bought a car from them.nnDidn’t plan on writing a review but after talking with some friends they couldn’t believe my experience from a “luxury car dealership” and said I should leave a review.nnBack in February I was looking for a new car and a used 330i was within my price range and bmw Langley had one in the colour I wanted. I was in the area and showed up to see if they still have it and just wanted to see it in person. The concierge was great and brought me to Webb Si and that’s where it all went horrible.nnI explain my situation about how I’m looking for a new car and they had one I am interested in and wanted to see it. He essentially ignored everything I said and just shows me a new 330i on the showroom floor Which has a different interior to the one I was interested in, iDrive 7 vs 8 and when I asked about the difference he says that they’re similar and the dash is slightly different, then walks back into his office. I then need to go find him back in his office to ask if he has any cars with the same interior to the one that I was interested in and he takes me to a 2021 x3 a few cars down on the showroom floor which does have iDrive 7 but is still not the same and when I ask the same question I get a similar answer about how the dash and iDrive is the same as the car I’m interested in and he then returns back to his office.nnI often get told I look younger than I am for a 25 year old but that still should not be an excuse to be treated so horribly like I am wasting their time for being there. That is also why I refuse to ever bring BMW Langley my business even though they are by far the closest dealership to where I live.

Recently I purchased BMW i4 from Langley. I loved the car but seriously very disappointed with the service specially the entire team of BMW Langley. I feel purchasing a brand new car is the second most expensive thing after home. First of all the very first day of the delivery they delayed the entire process because of the server issue I think if you have a server issue then you should not call your customer and waste time. Secondly a salesman or a management should deliver the proper information about the product in our case we were running every where alone to ask each and every thing It is not acceptable guys really so unprofessional.nMoreover being a BMW dealershipnyou should have the number plate tow hook you can’t tell your customer to go and get it from outside. I genuinely do not recommend anyone to go and purchase a car from Langley dealership.
