Friendly staff, lots of tools in stock. The only reason for not giving 5/5 is because I was sent to a BMR express to get my item, which both the Pro & Express can order from the same warehouse yet the Express was $50 less. Not sure why this policy is in place, since it's coming from the same warehouse. Had it been an in-stock only i.e.: until supplies last item, I would understand.
July 6...3:25PM. This is my second visit...same result as last year. I was there both times to inquire about a large purchase order several thousands$$$$..... Staff at counter just left me, and the one beside him ignored that I was standing there. I left, who needs my business? Not this BMR and I would not recommend the service here.
Excellent
This store is only good for contractors. It's impossible to issue refunds on weekends; the employees aren't properly trained. You have to come back during the week, during opening hours that don't work for someone who's working.
The worst experience as a self-destructor, return credits credited to another account, no way to get a refund, Very good for local purchasing. In addition to tarnishing the reputation of my contractor and saying that he may not be very honest. Honestly, it's better to go elsewhere.
