Mostly one cash open. And the woman working here is a delight... not. English person at the cash replied to her French question "credit ou debit"said with French accent "debit" with English accent and she refused to understand and wanted him to say "debit" "deb-ee". Then made him go to a closed cash for a box. Like why aren't there bags or boxes at the only open cash.. For me it was a price check at the cash for a drill bit. Located at the cash. She made me walk to the paint department just to price check and then proceed to scan and charge me without issue scanningdon't tell me there's not a price check option at her cash.... Made me walk across the store for zero reason. Fix it. She's been there abusing customers since it was bmr.
Workers don't know anything. Low stock n very expensive. Do yourself a favor drive to a real store

EDIT: I have ordered multiple times since and appreciate the effort/improvements being made. Every time I have an order a special order because they do not have it in stock, I have to do the calling and follow up to see where my product is. I've been waiting for 2 months for the same order as usual. Usually takes 3 weeks, and they always seem to get it 24-48hrs after I call, and have not received any news. As well when they do call to say they have the product, they never leave a message. There is definetely room for improvement, I'm to the point of going to another BMR nearly an hour away to get better service as this is a product that I cannot get in other stores.
Good place to get hardware products.
