This is my local hardware store of choice - in part because of the location, but also because in several hundred trips to the store I've never had a negative experience. The store has consistently had a friendly atmosphere and impeccable service. Employees are very competent and readily helpful, often asking about the details of a project to ensure that items purchased are the most appropriate. Selection has been expanded in recent years, and prices are comparable to other large hardware stores.
The sales people are very good, it's the management that spoil it. It's only 1km from my home and go elsewhere 99.9% of the time. Asked for a quote on siding ,took it then was told later that it didn't include the moldings, AFTER it was delivered while we were trying to install it , like wow awesome. Look around elsewhere.
