I've had nothing but bad experiences with this branch. First they didn't deposit my tax return after giving me a receipt saying they did, which turned into a big ordeal. And just now i went in to open a new savings account for my wife and I and after waiting for 30 minutes for a banker, she came and took a customer who had just walked through the door! I said something to her that I was next and she said, "Someone will be with you shortly." Worst branch ever.

I went inside to inquire as to the intrest rates. I was hoping to pick up a list or card or something, instead, I wound up having to wait for a banker to be available for a half hour. Once one finally decided to stop drinking coffee and come talk to me, she demanded to know my current funds and bank, instead of providing me the information. Once I was able to finally see the intrest rates (which were incredibly low, even compared to other banks) she refused to print a copy, or let me write down any of the information. She then demanded my phone number, so she could keep calling me about "The Experience" (keep advertising to me until I capitulated).
One word to sum up this bank:
Smarmy.
