I came for a wire transfer a while ago. I was served by a girl who was on training. When she asked her supervisor to double check all the info before submitting the transfer, the supervisor said something like "I don't have to verify this. If there are incorrect information it's only bad for the client" ie. The client will only lose her money of 4 digit number!!?! I have been a BMO client for 11 years and whenever the trainee was doing the wire transfer, the supervisor always came to make sure there are no mistakes even after I'd checked them. The money went through fine but I get the mentally of BMO at Fairview. I do not recommend this place. They don't even deserve a single star.

I used BMO for my business banking and they are the best...over the years they've been friendly and welcoming - no complaints here.

Terrible service. Tried to talk to manager many many times about a fraud incident. Ignored the many emails we've sent. We also asked to specifically talk to her, waited an hour to see her just to get a call from a desk girl second hand speaking for the manager. Really disappointing service. Christmas is coming up and I can't touch ANY of my money. They've blocked it completely for a month now and no information or help whatsoever ever has been given. I am shocked and very disapointed to be a client so uncared for.

Plenty of ATM machines to use at this location and very easy access with private and common area entrances both adjacent to public parking
