I accidentally canceled my appointment when booking online, but upon arrival, the staff warmly welcomed me and introduced me to Mohammed, who could assist me with my inquiries. Mohammed was very friendly, and we communicated smoothly in English. I am very grateful for Mohammed's help, as well as the assistance provided by the other staff members. Thank you!

Bad service from male and female employeesnI advise no one to come to this bank

They have renovated the whole place and got rid of the receptionist and at least one cashier so expect to wait longer for service. i have been banking there at least 20 years so can see the decline in service. I suppose the managers got bonuses and thye made a profit so who cares if we have to wait longer for service.
