Bank Manager, lady, shows her racism, poor customer experience when have to deal with her- body language, facial expressions, and verbal responses Made complaint to proper channels but she is still there doing the same thing. My daughter also has the same complaint.

Horrible bank and very poor customer service at this branch. The manager and assistant manager are inefficient and let their ego walk ahead of them.

Visited the branch with some issues. The teller and branch assistant manager were able to fix most of my issues. Very happy with the outcome and the new things I learned. The assistant branch manager was able to provide me with some future solutions which they seem sound. Considering that this locations is not my branch and they might be limited in what they can do for me, I have to say they did their best and made me a happy BMO customer again. I have to say thank you to all the people who were involved in fixing my issue.
