I have an account with bmo invermere and I want to dispute for a transaction and bmo branch said they can do nothing because the transaction from bmo mastercard and they said to call them for dispute transaction and everything else and I am trying to call them for 2 days and even after 2 hours of wait on call no 1 answer the call. worst service ever received, I had a another account with scotia and they are way more better then BMO.
Terrible service. Went to branch to open up account and they send me home to call and lady on the phone with bmo said she couldn't help had to go to the branch. Told her I was just there and that they told me to call. Bmo lady on the phone then got bad with me and said to go back to the branch and if they tell me to call back to call back at the branch. Dont no if I should bother going back after that phone call
Service sucks asides from 1 employee I’ve met.
