Have been at this location for the first time and the service and advice provided was amazing .nSave a lot of money and time. Sussianna was efficient and very professional.
THE WORSE BANK I HAVE BEEN TO IN MY LIFE . HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE . Every time I go there I have to wait atleast 25 mins to see a teller. There’s usually only 1 person working or two if your lucky and even with the second person they don’t care if your waiting . Nobody will check the customers and ask them if they need help they just watch the line grow and act like they don’t care . Absolute worse bank I have ever been to in my life especially this montrose location
absolutely ZERO communication via telephone. what has happened since closing Ft. Erie location? BMO has completely lost the plot. will transfer out of there ASAP
The lady that sits always on the left side that is a clerk loves chitchatting but not work, it has been the third time this happened when i am there and you see all other clerks doing her work, they could attend 5 people while she is still with only one because she is like taking her lunch on business hours. Last time i had to ask her if there was a problem because she was not working only chatting because it was ridiculously loud of the things you could heard while she was chatting with a customer lady for over 30 min and just careless and very disrespectful to her clients in regards to time. Someone needs to do a performance on her because seriously we are investing in this bank to do business and she only goes there to have a lunch time for 8 hours.
I see why the reviews are low.nnAfter speaking with the call center this morning who were lovely they advised i needed to speak to my local branch for a specific question relating to the release of funds from a certified cheque - apparently it varies by branch.nnI have tried to call multiple times today and not a single call gets answered. My main query was whether to deposit a very large cheque into my BMO account or my TD one. Well this made the decision for me. Will never use this branch for anything ever again. Not a chance. Seems the negative reviews here are true and honest.
