Have always had a good experience there. When I was first trying to set up a bank account in Goderich, I went with them because they were the only bank in town where a person answered the phone. Recently my daughter had a complicated banking problem and the teller spent a great deal of time helping her, and the problem was resolved.

Every time I go in, there is a line that is almost to the door or past the door. Understaffed, big wait times. Not recommended. Wouldn't go here if I didn't have to.
