BMO Bank of Montreal

Booked an meeting at the front desk explaining that I'm a student from Quebec and I had funding from the government, but my forms were in French. The desk lady told me it was not a problem at all multiple times. Went to the meeting with the financial advisor who then told me it was preposterous to think a financial institution would sign papers they couldn't understand. She repeatly said 'No one speaks french here' on a rude tone. Very disrespectful. I understand it was a longshot, but the clerk told me it was not a problem. I wasted my time and I'm glad I found another institution in Peterborough.

i've been banking here since i was a teen. You never know what your gonna get when you walk in. Long lines and waiting or not. Typical bank. Atm's are new and now give 5, 20 and 50 notes. Skip going to the teller.

Teller offered horrible customer service to me, and her supervisor was unprofessional and lacked customer service skills as well when I spoke to her. Worst BMO Branch I've been to so far. It will be the last time I bank with them.
