This is THE worst bank in Airdrie. I would give 0 stars if I could. The customer service is completely lacking at this location. Super unhelpful! I pulled my investments a few years ago and now I’m going to close my account.
Worst bank I've ever delt with. I need to deposit an insurance cheque to a Lien company, and the bright idea they had was to send then the entire $8,000 cheque to the lien company with no reference number for the lien company to know what the check was for.nnThe manager was very argumentative, and the bank teller was completely clueless. It's no wonder this location only has 2 stars
Just walked out of this bank. I have a cheque which is payable to myself issued from a BMO account by our family lawyer his account . I don't have an account with BMO. Just want to cash it. Apparently they don't honour the cheques their company issues. Basically just got told to go somewhere else, they don't cash cheques issued by BMO unless you have an account with them. Interesting thing is, when this happened a year ago, one of their other branches did cash it. Same lawyer, same account.... BMO, setting the bar to a new low.
I typically don't do reviews but feel compelled to do so right now I was dealing with a financial banking issue today and the teller Anna was who assisted me however as we got in to details of my situation she insisted there is nothing she can do. So I spoke with BMO customer service on the phone and sure enough there was a way to fix this situation with the branch giving me some forms to sign. So I returned to the branch and to my surprise all of a sudden Anna can have me sign some forms. Very rude and inconsiderate not to be upfront and honest to what my options are. I honestly prefer doing online banking but was really dissatisfied with the level of customer service I received. Especially being with this bank for over 12 years. My advice to anyone unless absolutely Necessary avoid going in person or perhaps I just got a bad apple.
I had the worst experience with the branch manager Sherry Neis. Please, when you are talking to your customers remember to have manners. We have been coming here for years and love the tellers, they have been amazing with us and handling my husbands small business. No one deserves to be talked down to the way she did to us today. Sadly we will not be returning to this location.nIf customer service would like to contact me, I would love to explain everything in detail.
