Michael and the manager is the worst person I have never met, they are so fool. We sent the funding notice earlier. They confirm they have already receive the funding notice. However, they let me to go to another branch to pick up the cheque. That branch said they did not receive anything and let me come back!!! Are they kidding me? They treat me as a fool! Is it fun to play customer?? I spent 2 hours on this matter!! This is a long weekend. If the cheque is not ready, our client need to pay more money for that?? Can they take responsibility?? Also, today is my birthday, this should be a happy day, everything was destroyed by them, they do not know how to respect customers, they ignore their customer, and deal with their customer like a monkey!! I suffer great insult from them. Please help me to deal with this problem, do not let bad guys got unpunished.
This is the first time I've complained about the very unpleasant experience of writing Google Read View I am writing this complaint letter to express my disappointment with the poor level of service I received at the BMO 2851 John St branch. My recent visit to the branch to obtain a back draft from my cheque account was an extremely frustrating experience that left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a customer. Despite there being no line up of customers, it took me a staggering 40 minutes to receive the back draft that I had requested. The teller at the counter informed me that they needed to verify the funds with another branch before processing my request. While I understand that the bank has certain procedures that need to be followed, the teller's attitude was far from courteous or helpful. In fact, it was downright rude, and I felt as if I was being treated like a nuisance. Furthermore, the bank manager, an old woman with long grey hair, was equally unapproachable and unfriendly towards customers. As a real estate agent, I visit banks and law offices regularly, but I have never had such a poor experience as I did at the BMO John St branch. I expect a certain level of professionalism and respect from the staff members at any financial institution, but the behaviour I witnessed was far from it. I cannot help but compare my experience at the BMO John St branch to my visits to the TD Bank. Every time I have visited TD Bank, the staff has been patient, polite, and willing to explain the reasons behind their actions. However, this was not the case at the BMO John St branch. The staff members did not provide any explanation for the delays or the need for verification, and their attitude was dismissive and unhelpful. I feel that the bank manager, in particular, needs to be reminded that customers are the backbone of the banking industry. Without their continued support and patronage, the bank would not be in existence. Therefore, it is essential that every customer is treated with respect, professionalism, and courtesy, regardless of their profession or financial status. In conclusion, I would like to urge the management at the BMO John St branch to take this complaint seriously and take the necessary measures to improve their level of customer service. As a customer, I expect nothing less than prompt and courteous service every time I visit the bank. I hope that my complaint will be addressed and that future customers will not have to face the same poor treatment that I experienced.
DO NOT DEAL WITH Johana at this branch. I tried to do a third party deposit with teller today, she came out to help the teller, she just assumed the teller doesn’t know how to do it maybe? She was extremely to rude to me, doesn’t explain anything, just plain rude, and I told her I do not want to speak with her and I am not obligated to talk to her, I want another supervisor who’s knowledgeable and polite, she just slammed the door on me. On our way out she rolled her eyes and gave us a contemptuous look. I wonder did she ever got any training to qualify to work at BMO, or BMO’s bar just way too low for anyone to work there. Please train your staff so that she’s well behaved. Extremely unsatisfying experience, really disappointing. The other teller and the other senior manager was helpful and explained information to me. They were very nice. Anyone read this comment please avoid Johana.
Compared to other BMO branches, this branch will take longer time for the same teller services. Also the teller shall be professionally trained if she wants understanding and patience from the customers. The teller I had today, spent 20mins on a simple verification for an easy money transfer. She couldn't do it… She asked me to come back later and LINE UP AGAIN after her manager finished the verification…
Just called this branch to apply to a student credit card. The teller, a young male voice, asked my full name. I told him my name and said that I was not a BMO customer yet, and he replied "then what's going on?" I was like, what? is this the new era of customer service greetings? I told him that I was an university student and would like to apply to their student credit card. The guy instantly blurted "we don't have that". I was beyond shocked. If he was new and didn't know about all the products they offer yet, I understand, but he didn't even know they offer student credit cards! and didn't even care to check and just threw back "we don't have it"! This attitude, this work ethic! I was thinking to just hang up, but then decided to be kind and give him a chance. So I told him that the BMO website said they did have student credit cards. He said let me check, and then was gone. I think he had put me on hold because the line went totally silent for a full 3 minutes. I waited in the dark for a full 3 minutes without a single voice, and then decided I better finish it just there. I've never had any business with BMO, and I don't think this one incident should say much about BMO service, but it did give me a pretty unpleasant impression on them.
Good staffs, I’ve never had problem over there.
There is an Indian financial advisor cheated on me, she create an master card for me without my permission, I double checked with her, she said no, then I receive an Mastercard. It is disgusting.
I'm here to defend the Manager Marie at this branch. She has always been great with me, helpful with any concerns that I may have. I've had some issues in the past with a mortgage agent, but Marie was always there to step in and make sure the clients were treated properly and taken care of.
Eric was my teller. He spoke rudely and was in fact wrong with his denial to my request. Called head office and they made the correction in my account and personally told me to avoid that location and are putting me in touch with someone to further the complaint with customer relations. Even if Eric thought he was correct, his demeanour made me call head office to want to close my accounts altogether due to the lack of respect. Someone like that should not be dealing with clients. Unfortunately, I still need to close my account because this location is close to my work and now BMO became inconvenient as a location for my banking.
I want to appricate about their try to send back money to my account after my wrong on line purchasing that i did. thank you
