Worse experience ever at the Burlington mall branch They claimed I owed $11.00. That is right, $ 11.00 . They withhold a credit for $120.00 for over a month but it didn't count as payment. No interest paid. Manager wasn't willing to wasted any time ,by osmosis the Teller seems to have the same attitude. 35 years of good credit gone. Equifax reported automatically. Credit limit cut .Harrased by phone calls .Ageism at its best. This is our glorious Canadian institution? No apology will erased Equifax report, Credit limit was cut. Phone calls were insulting, a nightmare that has ruined a good credit kept for decades. The Manager at the Burlington Mall branch couldn't care less. The teller seems bored, uninterested. Hostile environment. An apology will not suffice three days of abuse
If you don't have much money, don't come to this branch for pre-approval mortgage. They don't want to help you if you don't have much income. They only want to help middle class, upper middle class, and rich people. They totally ignore our case. They could have been professional and told us their concerns about our finance, but instead, they ignore us never replied to our emails/calls. More details: My partner and I went to the bank to ask for a pre-approval mortgage for buying a property. We had an appointment with a personal banker. This personal banker is a lady in her 50s or early 60s who promised us that she would help us to apply for the pre-approval. After we went back home, we sent all relevant documents to her, and she said she would process it. After 1 week, we didn't hear anything, so we reached out to her, and she told us to wait. After a few days, we reached out to her a couple times, and she said she was busy processing the documents which belong to people who already bought the properties. And then, we emailed again, and she just told us to wait, and we never heard back from her. She totally dropped our case. IF they have any concern for our financial situation, she should just email and tell us that they don't want to loan money to us. Instead, she is super unprofessional and ignore us and never reply to us. We later went to another bank, and they helped us so much. Within 2-3 weeks there's a wait time since our profession is less stable even we have okay income, so it takes longer to process, we got our pre-approval , and now we are looking for our apartment. We only have small budget looking for something around 400k, and yes, as a young couple who tries to start their career, it's not easy. However, I think it's so unfair that BMOs banker ignore our case, and I think this lady at BMO sees us as less human than the rich/upper middle class.
To reset password I have been waiting 2+ hours on the phone! In branch they can not do it! You can’t ask for a call back and they do not have online chat! During rush time they ask you to wait 4+ hours. I would never believe it, if it wouldn’t be me calling them. This is my last year with BMO and I will share my experience with friends, family and colleagues to save them from this institution.
I'm an newcomer and recently I had an appointment with Mrs. Zahar Forghani. she was very kind and very profesional. when I have any questions, she answers carefully and patiently.
Don't bother going there, trying to withdraw and met with interrogatory if was a small amount I would of have ended my trip at the door by the ATM machine. trying to withdraw and being met with you have to call the BMO you opened your account at to advise that you are coming to withdraw money and when asked how long it would take a casual 2-5 business day. I been with BMO for a while and its the first time i heard that and no where has I ever seen that rule.
I opened a corporate account at this branch and since then, have had an awful time reaching anyone. They're supposed to be open during Covid yet they don't answer the phone or return any messages. I am trying to get a credit card and line of credit for my company so I can purchase some equipment and start paying them interest every month. You would think they would be more interested!
Just want to say I will never come back to this Bank , the service was horrible. The lady working there was very rude. Please don’t waste your time.
I have a special grateful for Mrs Zahra Forghani. I have not seen any banker like her in Canada. So kind, patient, polit, ... and a wise adviser.
The worst ever experience in BMO. Can not believe. Just for a simple withdraw they waste half an hour my time and they treated me like a fraud . They asked me more than 20 questions just for 2k withdraw. Stay away this branch.
worse service ever.. they tell you infront of you they gonna resolve the probleme in 24hours but been 5 days and didnt even got a call back
