I love my haircut! Disclaimer: I hate cutting my hair because of bad experiences and will always minimize the amount of times I have to see a new hairdresser. However, there was a voucher for BM Chan and since it was close to home, I decided to give it a try. I was NOT DISAPPOINTED!!! From the initial phone call, Heather was such a pleasure to talk to. They had lots of availability for haircuts and they were extremely accommodating. Upon arrival, they made me feel extremely comfortable and right at home. Heather is extremely professional and easy to get along with. She determined my needs and complaints and was able to accommodate for my laziness in the styling department. Throughout my appointment, she kept me in the loop and asked if I felt comfortable with what she was doing. In the end, the haircut looked AMAZING! I can't wait to go to work tomorrow to show everyone my new haircut. I definitely recommend Heather to ANYONE and EVERYONE who wants a professional, courteous, and fun hairstylist.
